PRODUCTS & FIT
Are your wigs beginner-friendly?
Yes. Many of our wigs are glueless and ready to wear, making them ideal for both beginners and experienced wig wearers.
Do the wigs look natural?
Absolutely. Our wigs are selected for realistic hairlines, soft textures, and natural density.
Can I style my wig?
Yes. Our wigs can be curled or straightened. We recommend using moderate heat along with a suitable heat protectant to maintain longevity.
Do the wigs come pre-plucked or pre-styled?
Many of our wigs come pre-plucked and styled. Please refer to individual product descriptions for full details.
What size are the wigs?
Our wigs are made in 3 different sizes, Small, Medium and Large(refer to the wig sizing chart on the homepage) made with either a Spandex dome cap or Mesh cap, if you require a different wig cap type, kindly send a dm. They include adjustable straps for a secure, comfortable fit.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
We have some ready to ship units, this will be indicated in the product description. Ready to ship orders within UK usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days.
All units are made to order except where displayed as READY TO SHIP. Orders have a processing time of 5-7 Working days for units that are natural colors. Custom coloured units require a processing time of 7-18 working days depending on the unit required. Please check the product description or send us a message to enquire about the exact timeframe
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Unused wigs in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Are custom wigs refundable?
Custom or personalised wigs are non-refundable, unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
WIG CARE
How do I care for my wig?
• Wash with sulphate-free shampoo
• Condition regularly
• Air-dry on a wig stand
• Store properly when not in use
How long do Lushtresses wigs last?
With proper care, our multiple donor wigs can last up to 24 months or longer, our single donor wigs last up to 5years or longer, depending on use and maintenance.
