No Refunds on Worn or Tampered Products

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on wigs that have been worn, tampered with, or altered in any way.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the wig is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@lushtresses.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If the item is eligible, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return. If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Sizing and Exchanges

Refunds will not be issued if a customer purchases the wrong wig size. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their correct size before purchase. However, if the item is unused, we are happy to remake the unit in the correct size. Any additional shipping fees for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Payment Processing Fees

In the case of a refund, any fees charged by our payment partners (such as Klarna or PayPal) will be deducted from the total refund amount. These fees are non-refundable to us and, therefore, cannot be reimbursed to the customer.

Custom and Altered Wigs

If a wig has been custom made or altered for a client — including but not limited to lace cutting, coloring, closure/frontal customization, or custom sizing — we reserve the right to deny a refund. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are happy to provide assistance to resolve any concerns regarding a custom or altered wig.

Hair Authenticity Claims

All Lush Tresses units are made from 100% human hair, unless clearly stated otherwise. We maintain strict quality control and transparency in sourcing.

If a customer disputes the authenticity of a product, we encourage independent testing. Refunds will not be issued based on unsubstantiated claims of synthetic content, unless the product is proven to be faulty or misrepresented.
